Cancellation Policy


We understand that things come up unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate our clients the best we can. This is why we have a 24-hour cancellation policy.

In order to hold your appointment , we require a credit card to be on file. This will be taken at the time of booking of your appointment.

Please be aware that appointments that are canceled without proper notice will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. All "NO SHOWS" will be charged a fee of 100% of the reserved service amount.

Why are we doing this?

When last minute cancellations happen, our therapists miss the opportunity to see other clients, which then results in a loss of income. This is also to compensate our therapists for the time they take in preparing for your session.

How do I cancel my appointment?

If you need to cancel your appointment, you may call, text, or email us to let us know. An email and text reminder is sent 48 hours prior to your appointment. In addition, you will receive a reminder call from our administrative staff 24 hours before your session to confirm.

Can I send someone in my place to avoid the fee?

If a friend or family member is able to take your place, you will not be charged a fee. Additionally, if we are able to fill your spot with a client on our waiting list, you will not be charged the fee.

How will my credit card be used?

In order to hold your appointment time, we now require a credit card number. Your card will not be charged when scheduling the appointment, though you are welcome to pay ahead. If you cancel/reschedule outside of the 24 hour window or do not show, your card will be charged the fee.

Can I schedule another appointment if I'm outside the 24 hour window?

Once the cancellation fee is paid, you are more than welcome to schedule another session.

What if I am not feeling well?

Please stay home if you are not feeling well. We are a small business and in a small space, so it is in everyone's best interest to reschedule your session.
