Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use my HSA or FSA to pay for my massages?
Yes. Please check what the requirements are with your Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account. Typically, you will need a medical necessity form from your doctor and then we can setup a plan for your specific needs.
Do you take insurance?
At the moment we do not accept insurance. If your insurance reimburses you for massage we have attached a national provider identifier number to our receipts. This can be submitted to your insurance for reimbursement.
Are you open on holidays?
We are closed during all major holidays, such as Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas day. For all other holidays our hours may vary. Please check our website or call us to find out our hours if you are not sure.
Is there a shower, steam room, or sauna available?
At the moment we do not have any of those facilities available.
Do I need to keep my underwear or bra on for the massage?
Please undress to your comfort level. We will never expose any private areas. Our only suggestion is if you leave your bra on and want a back massage, make sure to unhook it.
What type of massage is best for me?
If you’re not sure what type of massage is best for you, please contact us via email or phone, and we will advise you which massage will best suit your needs.
