Changes to Pre-session Procedures During COVID-19:

• We ask if you are not feeling well, to please cancel your appointment.

• Please consider only bringing in your necessary items into the studio.

• Please wash or sanitize your hands before entering the studio.

• Your massage therapist will greet you and take you directly back to the room to prevent crowding in the reception area. 

Changes to Session Procedures:

• Friends and family are not allowed to wait in our reception area unless they are the client's legal guardian. 

• The latest CDC Guidance states that people who are vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus are no longer required to wear masks in non-healthcare settings. For those who are not vaccinated, it is strongly recommended that the mask continue to be worn. Our staff is fully vaccinated, however, we will continue to wear mask for everyone’s safety.

• We request that the client sanitize their hands with an alcohol- based hand sanitizer directly before they leave the session room and before they pass through common areas of the studio. We will have hand sanitizer available in our bathroom, session rooms, and reception area. 

Changes to Post-Session Procedures:

• Water will continue to be available.  Your massage therapist will have one available after your session. 

• To prevent crowding in our reception area, we encourage our clients to prepay for their massage sessions when they book via our website.  We also encourage clients to book their next appointment online or via email request. This is a suggestion to minimize contact; clients will still be able to pay for their session and book a future appointment in person, after their session.

• To minimize cash transactions, we ask that tips are made electronically.  This can be done at checkout or can be sent via Venmo, CashApp or Paypal to your massage therapist. Signs with our handles will be posted in the session rooms and at checkout. 

What Our Cleaning Process Looks Like....

- We clean and disinfect our massage rooms and bathroom every 60 minutes

- We open windows to ventilate the studio between appointments (season dependent)

- The disinfectants we use are cleared through the EPA to kill SARS COV-20 and we follow the guidelines listed

- Our appointments are currently spaced out to accommodate cleaning and disinfection procedures

- Fresh linens are kept covered and separated

- Used linens are kept contained in a sealed bag

- Masks are worn before, during, and after appointments

- Hand sanitizer and/or anti-bacterial soap are in each room/bathroom
