Angie Tenne is a recent graduate of Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage. She is a licensed massage therapist that can practice massage in the state of Virginia and Board Certified. Originally from Ohio, she mostly grew up in Central Virginia. She decided a career in massage therapy was the right fit for her because she is passionate about helping others enjoy the power of massage and the healing that massage therapy brings.

Angie's mission is to help YOU feel your best. Whether it's from injury or stress, Angie is here to help you achieve the results you need. Angie believes in putting the client's care first by utilizing both skills and communication, so she will take the time to understand what your needs are and work with you to establish a beneficial self care plan. Angie uses Deep Tissue Massage and Trigger Point Therapy techniques to bring relief and relaxation. Angie is continuing her massage education to add other modalities and techniques to her range of abilities.

Angie loves meeting new clients and working with them to improve their health. When Angie isn't working, she enjoys riding her motorcycle, spending time with her husband, Joe, and son, Scott, and being a mom to her English Bulldog fur babies, Runkles and Rousey.

Rebecca Hill is a Certified and Licensed massage therapist who has been practicing in Northern Virginia for almost two years. She graduated from Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage in 2018 and immediately began to train in advanced techniques to enhance her massage abilities. She has already picked up a wide variety of techniques, including, but not limited to Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Active and passive stretching, Trigger point, Geriatric, Pre- and post-natal, Cupping, Aromatherapy, Salt stones, and CBD massage.

A native of the Seattle, Washington area, Rebecca moved to the DC metropolitan area in 2014 to start her family. When she’s not massaging, she is spending time with her two beautiful children. She loves to travel, enjoys being outdoors, and going to concerts. She can also be found knitting, drawing, or playing several instruments in her downtime.

Rebecca believes that, as every ‘body’ is unique and different, so too is every massage session. Every session with her is completely tailored to the individual client, their health history, and their goals. Her approach is holistic and integrative, combining several modalities appropriate for client comfort, safety, and relaxation; aiding clients to connect to what is happening in the body. Assessing and addressing sources of pain and discomfort is her main focus as a Massage Therapist. Focusing on specific problem areas, or full body, her goal is to encourage a mind-body connection, awareness, healthy energy flow, healing, confidence, empowerment, and freedom in the movement of form with ease. As the muscular system aligns and heals, so does one's overall sense of well-being and wholeness. She sees it as her duty to ensure that each client is comfortable and relaxed before, during, and after every session (this includes deep tissue clients) for optimal results. Communication is key. She provides suggestions for at home preventative care and gives feedback on what was worked on, released, and discusses future session goals.

Her biggest motivation is her clients themselves. The progress she has seen through therapeutic massage is extraordinary. Being a part of a client’s health and positive progress, helping people feel their best, and being an ambassador of relaxation is what drives her forward every day. Everyone deserves to live life as pain free as possible, and with ease. It is her honor to aid in that process.
